ခေါင်းတုံးရိတ်ထားသည့်အပေါ်၌ ထပ်ဆင့်၍ ထိပ်ကွက်နေသည် ဆိုသကဲ့သို့ သူတစ်ပါးအပေါ်၌ လျင်သလို အမြတ်ထုတ်တတ်သူကို သူ့ထက်လျင်သူက အမြတ်ထုတ်သွားသည်။ အမှန်အားဖြင့်ဆိုလျှင် “ခေါင်းတုံးပေါ် ထိပ်ကွက်”ဟု ရေးရသည်။It is a vivid metaphor that illustrates how an already exposed or vulnerable person “represented by the bald head” can be further marked or taken advantage of “notching”.
